Our hookup sites have spectacular views of Colorado’s highest mountain peaks surrounding our valley.
Drive-Thru Sites:
The drive-thru sites are over 100 feet in length and approximately 30 feet wide and can accommodate long rigs. Most sites accommodate triple slide outs.
Back-In Full Hookup Sites:
Back in sites are a minimum of 30 x 50 feet in size. 30 amp electric receptacle boxes are provided at all sites and nine sites have 50 amp service. Many back-in spaces are large with grass, and have trees or an open meadow to the rear.
Water and Electric Sites:
Water and electric sites have grass or trees. Many pop-up and van campers prefer the meadow area with a forest of lodgepole pine trees to the rear. Others enjoy the wide grassy meadow that offers a full view of an alpine sunset. There are also 40 x 60 foot sites with pine trees forming the borders.
Cement Runners:
Cement runners or cement pads are provided at many sites. A picnic table and a campfire ring are located on each site. The Service Building with bathrooms, showers and laundry are close by.

- 3-night minimum stay required for Advanced 2021 Reservations.
- 2021 Advanced Reservation Deposit Rate: $75 for Campsites
2021 Advanced Reservation Refund Policy:
Reservations made before March 2021.
Cancellations made before March 1, 2021 will refund all but $15.
All reservation cancellations made before May 1, 2021 will refund all but $25.
All reservation cancellations made after May 1, 2021 no refund.

Current Season Reservation Policy
For reservations we charge $30 flat rate deposit for campsites. If you have to cancel your stay with us and do so by noon at least 2 full days in advance of your day of arrival we will refund all but $10 of your deposit for each canceled site.

Vehicle Policy
All base rates include 1 unit, 1 vehicle and 2 people.
Additional vehicles are charged $10.00/night and must be parked in a designated space in the parking area.
Additional utility trailers that will not be accommodated by your assigned site will be required to be parked in the parking area for a fee of $5/night.
Additional vehicle parking is limited and assigned on a first come first serve basis.
If the parking areas are full then the extra vehicles will not be allowed to be parked at Sugar Loafin’.
